Sierra Club
First it was recycle, and Gaia, and eco-friendly.  Now it is living green.  the programs designed to manage one's energy signature, preserve species diversity, care for the environment, reduce pollution, and guarantee that our progeny inherit an Earth in livable condition.  Living Green is the meme for actions we take and decisions we make in our everyday lives that foster sustainability.

From children's books to non-fiction, economics to ecology, and office products to archetecture, living green is the new politically correct way to live and the bandwagon to ride.

Then there is the information found on the UN websites since the movement is worldwide and UN supported. In fact, the World Bank has some programs that encourage green living and sustainable development.

These companies advertise their participation in reforestation and/or recycling programs as customer participation in green living being what the customer gains when purchasing the products, or just as an assurance that the customer is buying green and thereby fostering sustainability.
